Terms & Conditions

All orders must have a 50% deposit made before commencement of order and remaining payment is to be made upon the delivery of goods.

Cancellation is permitted 15 days after the deposit is made.

Change of mind can be done anytime, however there may be additional delays if near the completion of original order. 

No returns are permitted once the order has been completed.

Shipping & Returns

Goods will be delivered personally by Laura on a date agreed upon both parties. Pick up is also available at our Box Hill address (which will  be provided upon completion of order) on a date agreed upon by both parties.

There are no returns or exchanges permitted once the order has been completed, however we can offer replacements for goods damaged in transit.
